Located on a residential parcel in Altadena, California, this project consists of the new construction of a one-story single-family residence of approximately 1,800 square feet, utilizing a slab-on-grade foundation and including an attached two-car garage. The proposed home is designed to include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, and a utility room, with a layout developed to comply with current building and energy code requirements. GAC was tasked to provide full architectural services for the project, including code analysis and coordination with the City of Altadena, preparation of complete construction documents, and permit processing through plan check and final approval. The scope includes coordination with all required consultants, including structural, civil, geotechnical, MEP, and Title 24 energy compliance, ensuring a fully integrated and permit-ready set of documents.
