At Gerami Architectural Corporation, we are a team of professional Architects, Engineers, and Designers with more than 20 years of experience in industrial, commercial, civic, educational, and residential architecture and construction. Jeremy Abbas Gerami, AIA

Founder / Principal Architect

Jeremy graduated from Politecnico di Torino, Italy in 1997 with a “la Laurea di Dottore in Architettura” and is currently a licensed Architect in the state of California. He has over twenty years of experience in the Architecture field and construction industry. He has experience working on residential properties, educational facilities, and commercial properties such as banks, restaurants, office warehouses, tilt-up buildings, and tenant improvements. With his innovative design process, Jeremy can identify and prioritize the values, goals, and objectives of owners/users.

Amee Sonani, AIA, LEED AP

Senior Architect

Amee graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2010 with a Masters of Architecture. She is currently a licensed Architect in the State of California and a certified Passive House Professional. She has over 10 years of experience in the Architecture and Construction Industry and has experience working on custom residential, hospitality, religious spaces, institutions, restaurants and tenant improvements. Amee is passionate about sustainability in all of its forms. Amee applies her ability to balance creativity with the needs of clients with her thoughtful design solutions and project management.

Alen Ajdarpasic

Project Manager

University of Prishtina

Alen has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Prishtina. Alen has experience working with various public agencies as well as commercial and multifamily projects. He has experience in construction management, design, providing cost estimates, and project management.

Chathu Kulathilaka

Senior Designer

University of Moratuwa

Chathu has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Moratuwa. Chathu has experience working on commercial, institutional, and retail projects. With years of experience in drafting and design, he is able to produce exceptional quality projects. Chathu is part of our design team and he implements all projects, including Design and Construction Documents. Chathu’s acute attention to detail and problem-solving skills in planning and developing allow our projects to surpass all expectations.

Lana Turchanina

Designer

Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture

Lana has extensive experience in design and visualization. She sketches design plans and creates visualizations, sources products, and materials, determines costs, and inspects construction to ensure alignment with design specifications is met. As a designer, Lana thinks creatively about the use of space, color, and movement, while creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients.

Kiyan Gerami

Intern/Marketing Manager

Kiyan maintains project files,  prepares bid packages, researches construction sites such as zoning laws and regulations, and prepares presentations for our clients. Additionally, he assists our project teams with CAD, physical modeling (from study models to presentation models), digital modeling, renderings, videos and animations, graphic presentation, and design studies.
