The Carmelite project consists of 2 individual projects. The first is the existing 1,500 sq. ft. house that needs to be remodeled and redesigned with a new layout. The second is a new ADU construction of 1,200 sq. ft. on the rear of the property. The new ADU has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. It is hard to believe that you can have this many spaces in 1,200 sq. ft., but we were able to come up with a functional layout that satisfies the owner’s requirements.
