The Cleo Residence is a small, minimalist house located in the City of La Cañada. Due to the hillside condition of the land, the maximum square footage will be approximately 1,300 sq. ft. It will consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. We will balance the square footage by maximizing the use of glass which would allow for a stunning view.
