This Tudor House is about 2,000 square feet and consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a sun room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a dining area. We redesigned the entire house to accommodate a family room as opposed to a sunroom. A third bathroom was also added to the house to accommodate for the needs of the owner. We added new exterior walls and designed it to match the existing style of the Tudor House. Due to the new exterior wall construction, the wall needed to be approved by the Design Review Board. By the end, after adding the wall, the project was transformed from a single-family house into a small Castle.
