This project, located in the city of Pasadena, has a lot size of 14,850 sq. ft. and will have a building size of approximately 7,750 sq. ft. on each floor, totaling 15,500 sq. ft. The 2-story building will have a simple, modern, and elegant look with a stunning city garden and open space for future tenants/users. Per the requirements of the City of Pasadena, this property qualifies for 11 units. But due to the parking requirements, we are designing 10 units with varying square footage for each unit. This design will include a full underground parking garage of 14,850 sq. ft. with 20 spaces and an additional guest space. On the first floor, each unit will have a living room, kitchen, dining area, powder room, and a stairway that leads to the second floor. The second floor will include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with some units having 3 bedrooms instead. This project is in its pre-design phase and the estimated commencement of construction is expected to be in 2025.
