The Cleo Residence is a residential concept project located in La Cañada Flintridge, California. The project is designed as a small, minimalist hillside home that responds to the natural slope and site conditions of the property.

Because of the hillside condition of the land, the proposed residence is planned at approximately 1,300 square feet. The home will include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. The layout is intended to make efficient use of the available square footage while still creating a comfortable and functional living environment.

The design approach focuses on simplicity, natural light, and a strong connection to the surrounding views. Large areas of glass are used to make the compact home feel more open and to bring daylight into the interior spaces. This also allows the residence to take advantage of the hillside setting and frame views from key living areas.

As a minimalist residential concept, the Cleo Residence balances practical planning with modern architectural design.
