Located in Yorba Linda, California, this project consists of the new construction of an approximately 5,800 square foot two-story custom residence, along with an approximately 1,668 square foot ADU and pool house with retaining walls. The design utilizes reinforced concrete and steel construction and is structured as a two phase permitting process to allow construction sequencing and continued site occupancy.Our firm was engaged to provide full architectural and engineering services, including code analysis, preparation of full construction documents, foundation and structural coordination, MEP design integration including solar, cistern tank, and sewage ejector systems, CAL Green and Title 24 compliance, and permit administration through final approvals. Services also include coordination of specialty consultants, preparation of detailed site and building plans, and construction administration to support execution of all phases of the project.
