Description
Located on a residential parcel in Altadena, California, this project consists of a new construction of a one-story single family residence of approximately 1,700 square feet utilizing a slab on grade foundation. The proposed home is designed to include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, and a utility room, and is developed to comply with current building and energy code requirements.Our firm was retained to provide full architectural services, including code analysis and coordination with the City of Altadena, preparation of construction documents, consultant coordination for structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and Title 24 compliance, and permit administration through plan check and final approval.
