Located on a residential parcel in Altadena, California, this project consists of a new construction of a one-story single family residence of approximately 1,440 sq. ft. and a detached accessory dwelling unit of approximately 600 square feet constructed above the garage with separate exterior access. The proposed residence is designed with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, and a utility room, and is developed to comply with current building, zoning, and energy code requirements.Our firm was engaged to provide architectural services, including code analysis and coordination with the City of Altadena, preparation of construction documents, consultant coordination for structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and Title 24 services, and permit administration through plan check and final approval.
