GAC collaborated with DY-O Design Office of New York to deliver a comprehensive remodel of the Marc Jacobs retail space at the Citadel Outlets in Commerce, California. The project involved transforming an existing retail suite into a refreshed environment that upholds both Marc Jacobs’ design standards and the technical requirements of the landlord and local codes. The remodel included selective demolition, reconfiguration of interior partitions, new finishes throughout, upgraded lighting and power distribution, mechanical adjustments, and fire protection modifications.
