Metalvo Office Center is a commercial office and warehouse concept located in Ontario, California. The project is designed as a 46,000 square foot office warehouse building, combining approximately 8,000 square feet of office area with approximately 38,000 square feet of warehouse space.

The concept separates the office and warehouse functions while allowing both uses to work together within one commercial development. The office area is intended to support administrative work, staff operations, meetings, and client-facing business needs, while the warehouse area provides a large open space for storage, logistics, operations, or industrial use.

The exterior design of the office area uses glass covered with iron grill cladding, creating a strong architectural identity for the building. This façade approach provides a visual contrast between transparency and structure, allowing the office portion to stand out while maintaining a professional commercial appearance.

The design concept draws inspiration from classic Islamic motifs, which are reflected in the pattern and character of the office cladding. These design elements help give the building a distinct identity and create a more detailed architectural expression for the office area.
